We sat at the counter so we had a great view of everything being made. They worked at such a frenetic pace. If only we didn't have plans to after, we would've ordered more.

Also had the samurai ribs. They handed me a butter knife. One poke and the bone fell out - that's how tender they were. Marvelous.
