Hog Island
During this weekend's mega crab feast (amazing in its own rite), the discussion turned to Hog Island and their world famous oysters (why we were talking about food in the middle of food, I don't know). Between my coworker, his fiancée, and myself, we finished off 100 delectable bivalves (the workers were in awe). This is their story.
